2023 Aug. Not anymore the gastronomy cuisine I noticed. Now a bistro proning some modern version of pizza. Probably more consistent with what the local clients were expecting. Indeed, the place is full and people seems happy. I certainly prefered the Ciboom before 2023 but the area was not touristic enough to drain more people like me. Some significant efforts needed with the new waiter that deserves some more coaching .. but that's life. I really wish my best to the team with their new concept. The wine list is interesting. Cheers 2022 Sept. Kudos for this very young team of talented entrepreneur ! Unexpected discovery in the heart of Varese area. Manuel and Giuseppe will host you in a jewel of bistro gastronomy with chef Massimo, graduated from the acclaimed "Giovanni Falcone" scuola in Gallarate, driving the kitchen. The menu changes each month with modern dished made of local pasta, meat, fish and vegetables. A discovery menu with appetiser, prima & secondi piatti and dessert for 55€ and 20€ for a different wine for each dish poured generously. I was amazed by the excellence of wine pairing and the high quality of each bottle. I cannot encourage you more to pay them a visit and have one of the best evening. Dogs are welcome.

Nice, modern and elegant location, service managed by the owners, young and knowledgeable. Courses arrive very quickly. From how they described it to me, I expected more. The food is good but nothing exceptional. Menu with little choice but well looked after. Good starters, first courses a little cheaper, second courses acceptable. Without wine, two courses cost 45 euros each, a little pricey in my opinion. I wouldn't go back but give it a try, maybe I'm too picky.

I have been to this place several times, on different occasions, before they even started offering pizzas. I've always eaten very well! The other evening I took my parents to try the pizza, which I had already tried, and it proved to be delicious. Soft, light and digestible dough. Quality ingredients. Attentive, welcoming and helpful staff. I highly recommend!
